Contracts Overview
We operate two types of contract: the first for consultants and therapists who require only occasional ‘ad hoc’ hours; the second for those using rooms at the same regular times each week.
Rooms are available only to consultants and therapists registered with one of the following professional bodies: HCPC, BPS, RCPsych, BABCP, BACP, UKCP, Relate, BPC, ICF, AfC, EMCC, FDAP, GMC
Licence Fee Contract
For consultants and therapists wanting only occasional hours, we charge a £55 monthly licence fee which allows you to make room bookings as often as you like at either of our locations.
We would caution however that occasional hours are subject to availability and at certain times, especially evenings, our rooms may be fully booked.
Regular Hours Contract
Under this contract you commit to a regular weekly schedule of hours. Regular hours generally fall into morning, afternoon and evening blocks, but with some flexibility if new blocks can dovetail efficiently with existing hours.
The minimum commitment for a regular hours contract is 4 consecutive hours per week.
Prices reduce once you are booking 8+ and 12+ hours a week, by around 8% and 16% respectively.
Evening sessions are extremely popular and some evenings may be fully booked. When a session occasionally becomes free we may reserve it for another consultant who can also commit to off peak hours.
Signing Up
We conduct viewings from 10:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
From then on signing up is simple. First we’ll need copies of your professional registration and professional indemnity insurance documents.
We then ask for a £250 up front payment which serves as a credit against future invoices to your account. We do not hold this as a deposit.

Designed for consultants who require only variable hours. Once signed up, you can book ad hoc hours as often as you like at either of our locations.

Pricing Overview
Discounts are already built in, such that the more regular hours you commit to, the lower the hourly rate. There are three discount bands: 4 or more hours per week, 8 or more, and 12 or more.
If you are on the Licence Fee Contract all hours are charged at the 1 hour rate.
Under the Regular Hours Contract you can book ‘ad hoc hours’ whenever you like. These are charged at your prevailing discounted rate plus £5 per hour to cover booking and admin costs.

Our Small Rooms
Our small rooms are in quite short supply. We have just two small rooms at Wimpole Street, The Pantry and The Maid’s Room.
Sad to say, there are no small rooms at Snow Hill.

Our Grand Rooms

We have four grand rooms in total, two at each property.

Our office hours are from 10am to 6pm weekdays, and to 5pm on Fridays.
If you need a room at short notice it’s usually safer to call.
Coming Soon
We are currently building an app that will allow you to book rooms instantly. Simple enough to use when you are with your client arranging their next appointment.
This means that rooms can be booked and confirmed, out of hours and at weekends.
